What are the delivery charges for orders?
On some products we have shipping cost included for UAE only, so get in touch with us to discuss all the products you need in the GCC.
Which payment methods are accepted?
We only deal with official companies in the GCC and payment is through bank transfer into our corporate account of ORYX CLIMBING STRUCTURES FZE.
How long will delivery take?
As we ship by air or sea it depends and also on the volume of your order based on availability with our suppliers in Europe and USA.
How secure is shopping and is my data protected?
Please read our private policy incase you like to know. But we don’t use online payment gateway so all is safe and sound.
What exactly happens after ordering?
We get in touch with you same day or next to go over the order and make sure all is perfectly fine. Or we might add or delete some products. We found that information about certain products like Perfect Descent is better to discuss by email or WhatsApp.
Do I receive an invoice for my order?
We will issue an official TAX Invoice if it’s in the UAE or a PROFORMA invoice in GCC plus a receipt once we received the bank transfer.
